Development Section
The Development Section of the Development
Approval and Planning Policy Department addresses all
aspects of planning development
in the Town, including Official Plan and Zoning Amendments, Subdivisions, Condominiums,
Minor Variances, Site Plans, Zoning By-law, Consents and Part Lot Control. The Development Section is also responsible
for:
§ Providing
information on development activity at the front service counter, via
telephone, and email inquiries
§ Administration
and information on all aspects of the Zoning By-law
§ Commenting
on all Niagara
Escarpment (NEC) Development Permit & Amendment applications
§ Registration
of Plans of Subdivision and Condominiums, and related agreements
§ Comments
on all Committee of Adjustment applications (i.e. content, minor variance)
§ Telecommunication
Tower Protocol
§ Landscape,
Urban Design and Engineering Review Services
§ Caledon
Village Visioning Exercise
