The Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is
an exciting opportunity for the Town of Caledon to promote redevelopment,
revitalization, and beautification, and to enhance the Bolton’s unique
character. It is the intent of the
Town that the CIP and the Urban Design Guidelines will achieve the
community’s vision of a prosperous core that is integrated with surrounding
commercial services and employment lands.

On October 28, 2008 Town of Caledon Council
received the Bolton Community Improvement Plan Strategy. The Strategy
documents the background study/research which, consultants MMM & DTAH did,
along with the suggested areas for the CIP to be applied, a list of possible
municipal leadership programs and financial incentive programs and next steps. Bolton
