Community Survey
The overall purpose
of conducting this survey was to gather market intelligence as a basis for
continuous improvement, determination of requirements and levels of
satisfaction as they relate to the delivery of existing services to our customers.
These results will be
used as baseline data for any surveys conducted in the future to measure
improvements in service delivery.
