Our unique 25m, L-shaped pool offers a warm 87◦F water temperature, ideal
for aquafit, learn-to-swim, fitness length swimming and hours of family
fun. As access ramp, as well as a
stepped “beach” entry are perfect for little ones. Water depth ranges from zero to nine feet and therapeutic jets
are strategically placed to enhance water therapy programs.
Fitness Program Room
Core Fitness programs include: Step, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Zumba and
much more. Pre- Registered Specialty
programs: Tae Kwan-do Do, Ballroom and Belly Dance, sport specific conditioning
and more. For your comfort and safety,
the fitness program room features a sprung hardwood floor, mirrors and a
customized sound system.
Fieldhouse
Our fieldhouse is a fully equipped 10,000 square foot weight and cardio
training area. You’ll find the latest
in safe and effective equipment, including a complete selection of plate-loaded
and selectorized strength training stations.
Get your heart rate up on our treadmills, recumbent bikes, spin bikes,
elliptical trainers, stair climbers and step mill.
Running Track
Get out for a run or walk our indoor three-lane, rubberized running track
surrounding the fieldhouse (16 laps to one mile). Our extra-wide flat lane is designed for walkers and wheelchair
access.
Personal Training
Achieve your results safer and faster with Personal Training. Increase energy;
reduce stress, lose weight or whatever your goals are our experienced,
certified Fitness and Lifestyle team can customize a program that’s just right
for you!
Group training and team dry-land training are also popular options for all members of your family.
Squash Courts
Racquet sport lovers will enjoy our two international squash courts. We offer lessons, leagues, clinics and
tournaments.
Youth Centre operated by the Caledon Youth Services
Our 3,000 square foot Centre is the fun place to be after school! Open 5:00 until 9:00 pm. Monday thru Thursday and until 10:00 pm on Fridays. The Youth centre offers non-structured, non-competitive supervised activities for youth ages 10 – 18. Drop in activities include rock climbing, basketball, floor hockey, pool, ping-pong, fooseball, air hockey and more. Caledon Youth Services also host many fundraising events throughout the year; youth dances, BBQs and their annual garage sale – 2nd Saturday in May
Rock Climbing
Caledon Youth Services offers indoor rock climbing on a three –dimensional rock
wall located in the Youth Centre. Rock
climbing is a great activity for birthday parties.
“Flipside” Mobile Skate Park – Multiple
Award Winner
Youth Services outreach programs bring the action to your community with
attractions such as the Flipside Skateboard Park and Mobile Youth Centres. In addition, the mobile rockwall visits
communities and special events throughout Caledon and Province of Ontario.
20000 square feet of additional space includes a full-size gymnasium and change rooms, and a variety of program rooms. The project is dedicated to youth and provides a permanent home for our local Girl Guides and Boy Scout organizations.

Expanded Fitness and Active Living Opportunities for your entire family
These multi-use Sports Pad serves as a ball hockey courts during the summer months and in the winter transform into two ice rinks. Open 7 days a week, free of charge from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
This magical environment provides a safe, non-threatening place for persons living with disabilities to enjoy gentle stimulation. Our multi-sensory white room is filled with colourful objects, images, pleasant sounds, gentle vibrations and interesting aromas. Experience Snoezelen by appointment. Adult Tranquility session by appointment
Jesse’s sensory garden is a feast for the senses. Experience the beauty, scents, sounds, and textures of the garden. The garden features Braille markers, tactile sculptures, raised garden beds, wheelchair access, an outdoor classroom and so much more.
Childminding services are offered throughout the week. One-way glass is featured on our specially designed children’s program room, allowing parents to view their little ones in a happy and safe environment.
