Description of Property

The subject lands are 70.28 hectares (173.67) acres) in area and are located on the east side of Shaws Creek Road, south and east of Mississauga Road in the Hamlet of Belfountain.

Purpose and Effect of the Applications 

The current draft plan of subdivision proposes to create 67 estate residential lots, as well as a 2.6 hectare (6.42 acre) park block and an 18.92 hectare (46.75 acre) open space area associated with the northwest portion of the site. The residential lots are proposed to be serviced by individual private wells and wastewater (septic) systems.
