Development applications within the Town include Plans of Subdivision and Condominium, Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Applications, Telecommunication Towers, Part Lot Control Applications, Niagara Escarpment Development Permit and Plan Amendment applications, and Committee of Adjustment applications (Minor Variance and Consent).


We review and approve the engineering for subdivisions and site plans including storm water management, grading and road design, provide technical support for policy projects and prepare the Development Standards and Policies and Guidelines for subdivisions and site plans.
