Jul.16 ProLogis Leases 416,000 Square Feet in Caledon
TORONTO, July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it has signed two, second-quarter lease agreements in Toronto, totaling 416,000 square feet. Emerson Canada, a global manufacturing and technology company, has signed a lease for 171,000 square feet, while a leading consumer packaging company has signed a lease for 245,000 square feet. Both companies will occupy the space at ProLogis Park Bolton, a newly developed distribution facility located near Toronto.
